Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were huge and offered the best sleep I've had in weeks, the dining options left much to be desired. The location is fantastic, sitting right next to the lift for Heavenly, but the service was a mixed bag. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I would say the spacious rooms and beautiful views are definitely highlights.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location for skiing, it wasn't ideal for dining options nearby. The rooms were a bit small and not as clean as I'd hoped, which was a letdown. On the brighter side, the staff was friendly and very helpful, making the stay more enjoyable, but the dining options weren't sufficient for a family. Overall, it had its perks, but some improvements could make it a real gem.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, especially for skiing, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find out the rooms were under renovation, and the dining options were below expectations, as there wasn't a decent breakfast available on site. Overall, it was decent, but the lack of amenities and dining options at the hotel left something to be desired.
I had a great stay at this hotel, which was super spacious and clean, complete with a hot tub and fireplace. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the valet service. The location was perfect for skiing at Heavenly, just a short walk to the gondola, but a bit far from downtown. One downside was the lack of shampoo and conditioner upon arrival, and I really missed having a full cooked breakfast option on-site.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic for accessing Heavenly. However, the room layout was a bit odd, and I was disappointed that there weren't any utensils or proper breakfast options. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements could be made.
